Claire Huguenot, mixed media artist. Inspired by the landscapes of British Columbia, Claire creates unique artistic works using textile collages. She has developed a technique that superimposes fabrics by playing on texture, brilliance, and transparency to give life to forests, gardens, coastal or underwater landscapes. The addition of watercolor and some natural elements magnify the 3D aspect of her paintings. Her collection of greeting cards using the same textile collage technique is handcrafted and produced in her workshop in Richmond, BC.
